
Terms and Conditions
- We need an example of your invitation, all photos & music that you wish to be inserted on the DVD no later than your wedding day.
- Inform all relevant persons (the minister, photographer, etc.) that your wedding will be filmed.
- Please organize with someone to close the church doors after the bride has entered (Influences lighting).
- Electrical outlets are not always conveniently situated. Please be aware that extensions have to be used.
- Additional lighting is essential in any building (it ensures good quality footage).
- Avoid harsh light in the background where footage will be filmed. (For example: The placing of the bridal table / signing the register in front of a window).
- We will need approximately 10 min. to film the reception area before the guests enter.
- The master of ceremonies must liaise with us regarding all announcements, to ensure that all relevant footage is captured in time.
- Please reserve two seats for Videographers near the master of ceremonies table.
- The equipment used also allows us to be mobile (no electrical cords).
- Two 3ccd broadcasting quality digital DV video cameras are used for filming your wedding day. A digital still camera is also used to capture images with will be inserted during editing.
- You will be shown the preliminary, edited DVD (changes can still be made) before the final DVD is produced.
- Your own choice of music can be used at your request.
- Length of Full DVD: 60-120 minutes. Length of Short Version 5 minutes @$100 each
- Waiting period: 14 - 28 days.
- On booking; a 50% deposit is payable (not refundable) & the balance is due on completion of the DVD. (This must be within 30 days of your wedding)
- Time of departure: 22h00 (An additional $100 per hour will be charged afterwards).
