Terms and Conditions

  1. We need an example of your invitation, all photos & music that you wish to be inserted on the DVD no later than your wedding day.
  2. Inform all relevant persons (the minister, photographer, etc.) that your wedding will be filmed.
  3. Please organize with someone to close the church doors after the bride has entered (Influences lighting).
  4. Electrical outlets are not always conveniently situated. Please be aware that extensions have to be used.
  5. Additional lighting is essential in any building (it ensures good quality footage).
  6. Avoid harsh light in the background where footage will be filmed. (For example: The placing of the bridal table / signing the register in front of a window).
  7. We will need approximately 10 min. to film the reception area before the guests enter.
  8. The master of ceremonies must liaise with us regarding all announcements, to ensure that all relevant footage is captured in time.
  9. Please reserve two seats for Videographers near the master of ceremonies table.
  10. The equipment used also allows us to be mobile (no electrical cords).
  11. Two 3ccd broadcasting quality digital DV video cameras are used for filming your wedding day. A digital still camera is also used to capture images with will be inserted during editing.
  12. You will be shown the preliminary, edited DVD (changes can still be made) before the final DVD is produced.
  13. Your own choice of music can be used at your request.
  14. Length of Full DVD: 60-120 minutes. Length of Short Version 5 minutes @$100 each
  15. Waiting period: 14 - 28 days.
  16. On booking; a 50% deposit is payable (not refundable) & the balance is due on completion of the DVD. (This must be within 30 days of your wedding)
  17. Time of departure: 22h00 (An additional $100 per hour will be charged afterwards).
  18. Additional DVD's / Highlights : $ 50.00 ea
